The iconic blue box, white ribbon jeweler and specialty retailer has posted a promotional video that they are going live on Facebook Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 9:00 pm.
They didn’t give much of a reason why they’ll be going live on their Facebook page. But if you’re part of “#therobinstribe” (#TiffanyBlue Connoisseur), does the reason even matter? The famous jewelry company could be going live for any reason and many would tune in. If we had to guess why Tiffany’s is going live Thursday, May 3, it would be to debut a fancy new collection.
Tiffany & Co. has been designing impeccable jewelry since the 1800’s when Founder Charles Lewis Tiffany first established the company on September 18, 1837, with John B. Young. Since then the jewelry company has transformed itself into a legendary American brand known globally throughout the world.
Even if you’re not part of “#therobinstribe,” you’re aware of the prolific brand — mainly due to the signature blue box and white ribbon packaging. Mr. Tiffany coined the universally recognized #TiffanyBlue color early on in the company’s existence. The robin’s-egg blue has since become the beautiful shade of blue that everyone adores and everyone wants to receive.
Tiffany & Co. is such a sought out brand that the New York jewelry company has become an American gem. The company has been featured in countless shows and movies — the most recognizable is the 1961 film Breakfast At Tiffany’s starring Hollywood Starlet Audrey Hepburn. Now, you can actually experience breakfast at Tiffany’s on the fourth floor of their flagship store in New York City with their recently established Tiffany’s Café, the Blue Box Café.
Tiffany’s has become so much more than just a sterling silver jewelry company. The blue box retailer sells gold, diamond jewelry, china, crystal, stationery, fragrances, watches and personal accessories. Just last year in 2017, the company released their new office and novelty collection. Don’t just think Tiffany’s is for those with lots of money to spend because the American company has a price point category “Jewelry $250 and under.”
