The Round Bar Cafe at D’Omah Hotel Ubud now features Square Pizzas. The GM’s grand mother provided the recipe for the light, crunchy pizza crust and Rodney added the different toppings. So yummy and with a squeeze of lime and rock salt served with my vegetarian pizza, I was in bliss.
Of course, a visit to the Round Bar would not be complete without a glass (or two) of their popular Rainbow Sangria. It’s also a secret recipe made up in advance by the mixologists,(Thank the manager Jendra if you try his invention.)
The Round Bar Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, not just tapas and sangria. The beer and wine list is excellent and the cocktails extraordinary.
Guests at the hotel and the homestays in the village drop in, as do savvy locals. Put it on your EATS List when in Ubud, and ask for the Rainbow Sangria.
